I found this sake at a liquor store today.
It was one of five bottles brewed by five different breweries using rice from a single rice field.
There were five bottles on sale side by side, but I decided to buy the Fukunishiki.
The description said to enjoy the balance of acidity and umami, and it certainly had acidity.
It may be sweet, but the acidity makes it easy to drink.
I knew it was Fukyu-Nishiki.
But I didn't even know it was on the market.
