Slightly alcoholic heady aroma
The mild muscat-like aroma, firm rice flavor, and soft sweetness spread out, with a moderate spiciness of alcohol, a little acidity, and a slight bitterness, and it finishes smoothly while retaining the flavor of rice.
A classically balanced sake with a mellow flavor.
It went well with simmered red flounder, red tuna, simmered Japanese mullet that my father-in-law in Nagasaki picked from the mountains, salted squid, and simmered shiitake mushroom noodles.
