Sake Katsudo at Pojiya (3)
The third sake, "Hanaboe Mizuhashiroshi Nama-zake", has been served at Pojiya before, so I'll skip it.
The number of postings is getting out of sync with the number of sakes, but here is the 4th sake 🍶.
Yonemune "Perfect fermentation, Yamahai yeast yeast, Junmai Ginjo-shu, unfiltered, raw sake"!
The aroma has a hint of cemedine, the mouthfeel is slightly umami-driven with a sweet and sour sweetness, and the finish is clean with a touch of bitterness in the back of the throat.
When I first saw the name "Aoki Shuzo", I mistook it for the brewery of "Yukio", but it turns out there is a brewery of the same name in Aichi.
