The liquor store owner's face looked tired while he was helping 🤣.

It has a fruity taste and the acidity comes first. It is beautiful and tasty even at 70%-5%.
Shichida Junmai Ginjo 50 Omachi Unfiltered Raw
Fruity, dark and full-bodied, with a gradually increasing umami and sweetness, it is extremely delicious.
I've been to the Tenzan brewery, so I'm a bit partial to it 😁.
