As I recall, it has been kept in my refrigerator since the end of the year.
It is not a green apple, but it is a slightly fruity sake with a good balance of umami and acidity. I paired it with bitter gourd stir-fry on Thursday and with Donk's bucket and cheese on Friday. On Saturday, I served it with meat and potatoes.
