Kiriri Nama-no-Sake is a series of raw sake proposed by a company called NIPPON ACCESS for supermarkets.
According to the official Kiriri Nama-no-Shu website, it is a raw sake, although it only says it needs to be refrigerated.
I had never seen this series before except for Hakusetsu, Kamoizumi, and Shirakawa-go, so I bought it because it looked unusual. Kaorucho is also a first for me.
I guess this is one of the sake that you have to be careful not to open the bottle. If you don't know much about it, it might overflow....
I hope I don't get any complaints when I sell it in the supermarket.
It didn't overflow, but it spurted a lot when I opened it. It's a bit sweet, like strawberry au lait. It's like a snowdrift in Oze.
