Purchased in advance when I heard it was going to be featured on NHK👍.
Opened the bottle before watching the program.
It looks dark yellow with a hint of brown.
The aroma is just like that of a pure rice sake. No ginjo aroma.
In the mouth, it has a full-bodied flavor with some bitterness and sharpness. The sweetness is on the dry side.
Classic food sake. 😋😋😋😋
Probably matured to some extent before shipping.
It tastes best when slightly heated 😋.
Watch the show, they brew it while singing....
