The third cup of Mie is "Tamitsu".
It's very fresh as it's unfiltered Nakadori draft!
I thought there was a bit of bitterness 🤔 at first, but on the contrary, it brought out a nice sweetness, and finally the acidity brought it all together.
It's a taste that you won't get tired of drinking and of course it's delicious.
