I managed to get it again this year. Every year it gets harder and harder to get them, but I'm glad I had the courage to stick with it. I started the New Year with my personal favorite, Hirotogawa no Muddy!
As in the previous year, the moment you open the bottle, a hint of ooze mixes in. The aroma is sweet and stable. You can tell the moment you take a sip. It has a full-bodied flavor and a smooth finish. Not too sweet, not too bitter, exquisite. I want to savor it slowly, and the snacks will also go well with it.
Since I can drink from early today, I will spend a relaxing New Year's Day 😋.
