At Hasegawa Sake Shop, Grandsta Tokyo.
Sake brewed with 48% polished "Yamadanishiki" rice produced in Tojo, Hyogo Prefecture and Association No. 10 yeast.
Mellow melon-like aroma.
The bitter taste is quite dry.
It is refreshing.
I tried it with fried eggs and meat dumplings with sweet sauce, but it was too dry and didn't match at all.
But when I tried it with sardine cod roe, it was the best match!
I finally found it...
