Shichida純米 雄町 ひやおろし

I had never had much sake from Kyushu, so I bought this one! I had a hard time deciding between Aizan and Omachi because I had enjoyed Omachi in another sake I had tried before.
It is 75% polished rice so it has a little bit of color and a powerful flavor😃It goes great with gyoza and is easy to drink!
I enjoy drinking different types of sake, and this is one of the things I look forward to 🍶.
