SAMURAIZ
Jungin Nama Sake" is a packaged sake. I heard from many people that it is delicious, and this is the first time I have purchased a packaged sake. In the mouth, you can taste a sourness that gives a sense of fine gas, and a refreshing sweetness like capueti type apples and grapes. Although it is junmai (pure rice), it is not heavy, and a moderate astringency comes in and it is crisp and clean. We served it with thick fried bean curd and tasuke, and it had a moderate alcohol content without interfering with the ingredients. At 1,800 yen for a bottle, this is the best food sake. In summer, I keep a peel in the refrigerator and a square bottle in the freezer, and this will always be sitting in the vegetable room. The only danger with packaged sake is that you never know how much you've drunk.
