This sake is brewed by the method of the Muromachi era.
It has an aroma like the top of yogurt, and when the temperature rises, a smell like Shaoxing wine is mixed in.
The color is strong yellow like a mature sake.
The taste has a strong acidity with a sweetness like raisins. The aftertaste lingers for a long time.
Surprisingly (?) Surprisingly (?), it is easy to match with food, and it is a sake that can be drunk many times.
