Harukaze was purchased because I wanted a sake for a meal.
It has a strong acidity, but the 80% polished rice gives it a direct rice flavor.
The aftertaste is crisp.
I enjoyed it chilled and at room temperature, but it might be better at a higher temperature.
On the second and third days, it tasted a little sweet.
I did not pair it with seasonal ingredients,
I paired it with grilled fish and stir-fry,
It was delicious with the meal.
