The brewery is Aruga Brewery Limited Partnership in Shirakawa City, Fukushima Prefecture, a long-established company founded in 1774.
The rice used for this junmai ginjo is 100% local "Yumenokou" rice from Fukushima Prefecture. The label on the neck reads "NAKADORI NAKADOKUMI" and "PROTOTYPE" as well. The logo on the label is also stylish. Looking at their website, I see that they also make a Korean sake, makgeolli.
