Seigo
I happened to be in Kochi Prefecture for my child's practice match and stopped by a sake shop to buy some, but this was a beautiful and good sake. If I were to compare it to a color, I would say it was light blue, with a clear sweetness and a ginjo aroma. I could drink as much as I wanted. I would like to drink it again, but I can't find it anywhere near here. One meeting once in a lifetime is one of the best things about sake.
