The rice polishing ratio is only 5% different from that of the Gokujo-no-Kazan we just drank, but the aroma is already different.
However, the direction of the flavor is in the same direction as that of Gokujo-no-Kazan.
Both are full of daiginjo-style umami, but this one has a slightly bitter aftertaste.
By leaving a little satisfaction in the aftertaste, you can feel the story from the beginning to the end of the drink.
