I got it at a certain liquor store in Saitama. They seem to have started to sell it recently. This is the first sake from the Naohiko Noguchi Institute.
It has a mild taste, but just as I thought it would be mild, a heavy feeling follows.... It has a profound feeling as if you were drinking an old whiskey.... I drank it chilled, but it would also be delicious at room temperature or warmed. It was a sake with depth.
