For my second drink, I decided on "Amano-shu"!
I didn't know what "éŽ" meant until I looked it up, but it means "sweet sake" ð§.
It has a sweet, caramel-like aroma with a thick, rich flavor.
It has a smooth and round mouthfeel, like tasting the caramel at the end of a pudding.
A combination of sweetness and astringency. It is a delicious taste that makes you want to enjoy it on its own!
