The second sake at the Hatsu Meishu Center was from Tottori. I was attracted to this sake because of its New Year's-like name and unusual sake rice.
It had a well-balanced taste of sweetness, bitterness, and acidity, just the way I like it. It was the most moderate of the first three drinks, but it had just the right flavor that I never got tired of drinking.
