Refreshing taste like a summer sake.
The aroma is not strong and goes well with meals.
The taste is full of umami, but not clingy, with a hint of acidity.
Is there any oriki? The taste of rice is strong, while the orikara is so faint that you may wonder if there is any orikara at all.
