It is served warm. The top aroma is soft junmai aroma. It has a soft sweetness on the palate with a slightly dry finish. Delicious. The hint of alcohol in the nose. It can be enjoyed on its own or with food, but it seems to be better with food. I compared it with lukewarm and hot sake, but I prefer it hot these days, so I thought it tasted better. The lukewarm sake was also delicious.
It went well with homemade dumplings and apples from Toyono.
Similar to Taisetsukei's special junmai or something from Mizuo?
