Hayaseura Junmai Sake
Fukui Station, Osaketo and wine, Mizumoto's Kaku-uchi (corner bar) three-set.
It is nice to have such a kaku-uchi when you get off the station on a whim. There is also a store. There were quite a few customers even in the afternoon.
The sake was the mellowest of the three. I felt it had a lot of impurities at the beginning, but it had a nice sharpness and I drank it smoothly in the latter half of the bottle. I think heated sake is also good.
