Snoclet made from edible rice "Sagabiyori". The makers of the sake were so impressed with the taste of the rice they usually eat that they thought, "Wouldn't it be great if we made sake with this rice? The idea was to make sake with this rice. The citrus aroma, the moderate sweetness, the bitterness that can be felt in the umami, it was very delicious. It made me want to buy some Sagabiyori and cook it and eat it.
