At Japanese Sake Satou in Matsuyama, Japan.
I had a drink with my junior colleague who recently got into Sake.
The third drink was a long time coming.
The third drink was Hanahayo, which is a fruity, sweet and delicious sake. Fruity, sweet and delicious.
The third glass was a Hanayosaka, which I have not had for a long time. Contrary to my expectation
No pineapple feeling. I enjoyed it with assorted tempura
I enjoyed it with an assortment of tempura.
