I got it again this year🥰"Snowman" ☃
When I saw it posted on Sake no Wa, I rushed to check online and found it was sold out😆.
I received an email informing me that it was back in stock, but by the time I checked, it was already sold out!

I finally snapped it up 🤞 there was no limit on the number of bottles so I got 2 😉.
It opened easily!
Only the supernatant is bitter from the sweet and sour 😊.
When you mix the lees, it's sour and bitter😆.
Last year, I didn't read the caution ⚠ on the back of the bottle and put it in the fridge's veggie compartment on its side and more than half of it leaked out into the fridge 😫 and I had to drink a lot of sludge 😐 (although it was delicious).
On top of that, my fridge broke😭.
This year I'll be able to enjoy it to the fullest😋.
