Clear and colorless
Mild aroma
Fruity and robust flavor spreads in the mouth and is very tasty.
The taste is very sharp and the spread of umami quickly fades away.
The aftertaste is quite short.
The aftertaste is not dry and is very refreshing.
When warmed, the fruity and expansive flavors become less pronounced and the sharpness of the flavor increases, but I prefer it cold.
When served with sashimi, it does not taste like it goes well with sashimi, but it does cleanse the palate.
