I don't remember when I drank it before. But I have had it. I opened the bottle! You can faintly detect a melon-like aroma with a strong freshness 😉. Pouring it into a sake cup, it is clear and yellowish. The taste, I thought I felt a refreshing, acidic, fruit juice-like flavor, but it turned into a salty taste? How strange 😱. As you taste the saltiness, an astringent bitterness emerges from the back of your mouth and spreads across the surface of your tongue. As I was enjoying its lingering taste, I also found a faint wagashi that came up even later 😎. As I thought when I drank Naohiko Noguchi Laboratory before, the sake made by Mr. Noguchi is "chemistry"! You seem to enjoy scientific reactions 😉. I drank it while eating yakitori as a snack and it lost its saltiness😅.
