Maybe not well balanced. Maybe I left it too long. When paired with turnip and canned tuna salad, the imbalance of the aftertaste is resolved and it is easy to drink. After grilled scallops with butter and soy sauce, the unbalanced aftertaste is refreshed in the mouth, which is also good. With grilled sardines with butter, the sweetness is emphasized, but I think this is also possible.
