The aroma is fresh and fruity, I knew Hana-yosu was the one!
The mouthfeel is light, tasty, acidic and fruity! Combined with a nice aftertaste, it makes my mouth happy! The acidity and bitterness of the wine is also well balanced with a nice aftertaste, making it a very convincing wine in total.
