It's not really anything special, but I opened a bottle of Hana-yosu. I took it out of the fridge, plucked the cork, and popped it in! I don't know if it's familiarity or what, but in the old days, I would have let this kind of premium sake sit for a long time for a "special occasion". I would have kept it in the fridge for a long time for "the moment" in the past. Have I grown up? I guess I've grown up. I The aroma is fresh and fruity, I knew Hana-yosu was the one! The mouthfeel is light, tasty, acidic and fruity! Combined with a nice aftertaste, it makes my mouth happy! The acidity and bitterness of the wine is also well balanced with a nice aftertaste, making it a very convincing wine in total.
