The bottle opens with a pop and a cheerful sound.
It has a refreshing flavor typical of nama-shu, and as it is super-harsh, the aftertaste is certainly clear and dry with a slight bitterness, but when the lees gets involved, the impression on the palate is soft and sweet, and this impression gradually increases as the day goes on.
The change in expression is quite enjoyable and above all, delicious.
