After having opened a bottle of "Sharaku", I opened a bottle of "Miyazumi"!
Sometimes it is fun to compare two limited edition sake from different brands of the same brewery.
When the bottle is opened and poured, it has a fresh, gorgeous, peachy aroma.
It is light on the palate, yet round and full-bodied. It has a sweetness reminiscent of molasses and an astringency like grapefruit. Later on, it has a sourness and spiciness, giving it a variety of flavor attributes.
The gradual dryness of the flavor is similar to that of "Sharaku," but the flavor of the rice remains calm throughout the flavor change, which is typical of "Miyazumi"!
It was really fortuitous that we were able to buy them at the same time ✨.
Sharaku" has already started to change its flavor on the third day, so I will enjoy this one as well!

The pinks are a beautiful shade of each other and the flavors are similar and finely different, so I recommend it for fun!
