I bought this for my wife who has been busy with her work recently, as her big event is over.
There is some sediment, but when I tipped it a little, it danced beautifully and made me feel special.
I thought it would have a strong habit because it is nigori sake, but it is quintessential Mio!
It has a banana-like aroma and sweetness, but it is easy to drink and refreshing!
It is carbonated and you can drink it as if it were a juice.
I was surprised that it is Junmai standard!
I'm not sure if I would repeat it, but I thought it was a great sake!
They served a prosciutto persimmon salad as a side dish!
