The name of this sake, Hiwa, means "a perfect day. It said that this sake was brewed to color everyone's sake day with wonderful memories.
I am happy to have met this sake on my wife's birthday. It is light and fruity, but has a very nice flavor.
It was a great party, and it was so easy to drink that we ended up finishing the bottle. As expected of a 90% recommendation from Sake Sento in Fushimi, Nagoya.
