I thought I've had a lot of Miyagi sake, but this is the first brand I've had. Sake from the mountains of Miyagi.
As the name suggests, this brand uses the underground water from Mt. Kurikoma, and it is soft, mild, lazy, and delicious.

Enjoying sake at room temperature in an air-conditioned room after taking a bath. The cold and room temperature sake were good, but the hot sake was too good. The balance of umami and cleanliness was so good that I could drink it forever.
The warmed sake had a heavier umami and bitterness that was also delicious.
By the way, I heard that Kurihara City was ranked No. 1 in the countryside where people want to live, and there is a cotton shop in Kurihara City.
