And probably fire-aged.
The aroma is quite similar to that of Yonotori, which seems to have a dense sweetness like a ripe melon.
There's also a slight citrus acidity.
The taste is not as sweet as expected, but well balanced with the acidity, making it easy to drink
Compared to the Yonotori, the sweetness is a little less pronounced, and overall, it's more sweet and sour than sweet sake.
It's a little different, but this is delicious.
The quality of this series is really high!
A good sake that should be made into a regular product.
