The entrance is very discreet, or rather, the shape of the sake vessel makes it almost impossible to take in the aroma, but it should probably have a gentle creaminess with a gentle sweetness on top (judging from the slight mouthfeel instead).
On the palate, it has plenty of voluptuous, mellow flavor and sweetness, but at the same time dry acidity and a bitter sharpness come quickly.
The combination of the full, voluminous unfiltered raw breadth and the dryness of the finish. Delicious 🍶.
This was served with mentaiko rice balls🍙 which were served at the same time.
It's already a perfect pairing for something like this ✨✨.
