The top aroma is mild, with a faint muscat-like aroma that seems to be wrapped in something. The color is slightly yellow, like a light white wine, and the mouthfeel is light, with a fruity and refreshing sweetness somewhere between muscat and pear, a light acidity, and a nice sake-like umami. It has a pleasant aftertaste of white wine-like acidity.
It is easy to pair with Japanese food, seafood, chicken, and various other meals.
