Hot weather with colleagues.
We then ordered a summer sake from Hana-no-Kou
The blue bottle is nice and cool.
Quite sweet tasting.
Not as gassy as the sansho, but it's still shwashy.
There's no sourness, bitterness, or spiciness, so you get a strong sweetness.
My colleague said it is sweeter than San-do, but it is sweet until the aftertaste, so I can't drink it as much as San-do.
I like sweet so I end up drinking more and more 🤣.
