One of Hachinohe's famous fish is mackerel!
Tonight, seared mackerel is half price!
I've ordered it!
What about sake?
Well, I found it, here in Hachinohe at last!
Saba de SHU, a sake made exclusively for mackerel!
This refreshing sake goes well with the seared mackerel!
It also goes well with crispy shiso geso dumplings!
There are many other dishes I want to try!
It is a restaurant of the revisit decision!
Tonight, we are going to Yakitori restaurant in Hatsudai, which was introduced in Tokyo Off-line meeting!
I have invited some of my friends from college who love Japanese sake!
Looking forward to it! 🍶🍶🍶🍶🍶🍶🍶🍶🍶🍶

kan, it's been a while. Lake Biwa reminds me of funazushi. I used to eat mackerel sushi when I was working in Kyoto. It goes well with sake. I will contact you when I visit Nagoya.
