Mutsuhassen黒ラベル 純米吟醸 火入れ
たけさん
#Backstreet Bar: Makoto Kiya
It has a certain amount of flavor, but it is soft, mild, and gentle.
There is no flashy ginjo aroma, no bitterness, no excessive sweetness or sourness, and the end is not so much sharp as it is a bit of a letdown.
It is different from the calmness of Shizuoka sake, and this calmness is what I like about Aomori sake.
It is calm, but also charming, and has no unpleasant taste, making it suitable for any occasion.
I want to keep this one on hand at home.
