I went to Tokumaru in Kannai after a long time.
I was wondering what to buy for the lottery, so I decided to buy this.
I ordered Yakitori take-out at Akiyoshi in front of the station
and buy some sake.
It has a light bitterness and sweetness.
Is it due to the high alcohol content (17 degrees)?
It's not too overpowering, so it's a good sake for a meal.
I think it would be better if it had a little more of the zippiness of nama-shu.
But I like it.
Well, it's a good sake.
It can be enjoyed on its own.
I've had Chiyomusubi before and enjoyed it.
So I had high expectations for this undiluted sake.
Was my expectation a little too high?
After the second day, it was more
The second day onwards was a little less angular.
I thought it was easy to drink.
