はかたサバスキー
The top aroma and the first sip were a little strong and sour, and I thought it might not be good, but it is quite good when drunk with persimmon peas as a snack.
It is made from a minor rice called "Jinriki," but the umami of the rice is modest.
It seems to be a sake that plays a supporting role and does not interfere with meals.
I couldn't stop drinking more sake.
Thank you for the sake.
