New Sake Series It's Rizuru's Origarazumi raw sake. The yeast and enzymes are still alive. I turned the bottle over to raise the ori, and when I opened the stopper, it blew out. It's good. I like the unruly nature of it. When I put it in my mouth, I like the selfishness of the way it sticks to my tongue like a sharp blade. The sweetness of the rice remains in the upper jaw even after it has cleared the throat and tries to assert itself. If you leave it at room temperature, it won't be good. I think it is necessary to become an adult who thinks about others. But I like the sake in this state.
