初めての日本酒は田酒
This is a sake I obtained on this trip to Shikoku!
We went to this sake brewery that brews Naruto Tai! I wasn't planning to go there, but the typhoon hit and changed many plans (lol).
It was a good wind for me, so I went here.
There was an event last weekend, the day I visited, and this is the one that was left. They say it has a strong flavor because it is pumped directly from the tank. It's good. I am a sucker for limited editions, so I bought it without hesitation. And I chose other sakes until I could get the free shipping amount.
I drank it after it arrived at my house, and the first sip was really strong! The rice and alcohol taste was amazing.
But it settled down with time and I enjoyed the change in taste as the label says.
I'm looking forward to drinking the other sakes as well.
