奥丹波純米吟醸 山田錦
一本義 仙介🇺🇦
This sake is from Tamba City, Hyogo Prefecture.
Okutamba seems to be gaining popularity within the prefecture, and the number of stores that carry it has increased considerably over the past few years.
It has a strong sweet ginjo aroma.
When tasted on its own, it has a crisp flavor that melts away gracefully the moment you take a sip.
When paired with an entrée, it has a surprisingly dry spiciness.
How about when it is heated?
A mild, but deep astringency emerges.
This astringency is quite good. It doesn't get in the way of the flavor of the entrée, and at the same time, it enhances the flavor. This is good.
I'd like to try heating sake with junmai.
Watching "Massan" on BS.
Miyuki Nakajima's song "Mugi no Uta" overlaps with Ellie's efforts in a foreign land. When "Massan" was aired, I changed jobs and came to Kobe, where I hardly knew anyone, and I was cheered up by listening to "Mugi no Uta" many times at lunchtime in the city I was unfamiliar with. No matter how many times I listen to it, I still get a warm feeling.
Eight years have passed since then, and I am still doing my best in Kobe with the many friends I have made over the past eight years.
Now, from 9:00, I'll be playing for Rui-san.
