Mimurosugi特別純米辛口 露葉風
まーつ
I forgot to take a picture of the bottle lol.
Mimuro cedar dry.
It is said to be dry, but at first it has a soft sweetness.
It starts with a soft sweetness, followed by a refreshing sourness, and finally an astringent taste.
For a while, the sweetness was stronger than the dryness.
I thought sake was difficult to make,
After a while, when the temperature changed, the spiciness started to appear.
I felt that the spiciness started to come out.
The astringency of the aftertaste was the same as that of Kaze no Mori no Rohafu.
I thought it was probably due to the unique characteristics of the rice.
