I see what you mean by "light" and "clear". It's light, clear, and just beautiful✨ and it doesn't linger.
It is dry but not hard to drink at all. It is different from Hakurakusei and Ichinokura, and I have never tasted anything like it.
Perfect with the tempura and scallop sashimi we prepared 😭.
I was thinking that this would be the best for eating orizume.
I thought it went in smoothly, but it had an alcohol content of 14.
Whoever thought of this is amazing 😊.
