うや
Yesterday and today, on my way to Kanazawa to visit an art museum, I bought a bottle of Junmai Namaizu sake from a liquor store in Omimachi Market.
It is said to be made from "Gohyakumangoku" (five hundred million stones), but the moment you put it in your mouth, it is very strong, but then it quickly goes away and the sweetness is left behind.
It's so good...I'm glad I bought it.
It's a good reward for me who drove to Kanazawa by myself and got stuck in a traffic jam on the Hokuriku Expressway.
