The fragrance is slightly gentle and floral.
The mouthfeel is soft and mild, with a hint of sweetness. The bitter alcohol is also there before you know it.
Each flavor is gentle and reserved. But when it all comes together, it is rich and satisfying. Delicious!
I think it tastes more gorgeous at a cooler temperature (15°C) rather than at a snow-cooler temperature (5°C), as the flavors open up.
If I were to use a Ghibli analogy, it would be Marietta from "Red Pig". She is Fio's cousin who appears only for a moment. She is a calm, kind and beautiful woman. President Piccolo says to her, "Marietta, you have become beautiful.
